Our stated aim is to make kidzchurch@10 so much fun that children drag their parents along to church on a Sunday morning. Our aim is to show the children just how much God loves them through the love we have for them. We do this by appreciating their individuality, affirming their unique worth in the world and building strong relationships with each child.
We do plenty of group building too by playing games, acting out Bible stories and undertaking group projects so that the children can see that their faith and loving actions are stronger when done together. Kidzchurch is run as 2 groups within 1 group. Seniors are those who can read and write and Juniors are those who prefer glitter and stickers. 
Our children are a vital and much loved part of our church whanau. Each Sunday at 10am we have a kidz talk (which many adults enjoy just as much as the children) and many adult parishioners support our younger parishioners at parties, picnics, outings and by helping at kidzchurch.
